Welcome to Arxo Health LLC (“ArxoHealth,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.ArxoHealth.com, our services, and any related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you (“User,” “Patient,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Nature of Services

ArxoHealth operates as a telehealth platform and referral service. We provide:
Online tools to connect patients with independent licensed healthcare providers (“Providers”).
Scheduling, intake, and payment processing services on behalf of Providers.
General informational resources regarding autism and other health conditions.
Important: ArxoHealth itself does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. All healthcare services are provided by independent, licensed Providers who are solely responsible for the quality and legality of the care they deliver.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or filling intake forms.
Parents or legal guardians may use the Services on behalf of minors under their care.

3. No Emergency Services

ArxoHealth and its Providers do not offer crisis or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number immediately.

4. Patient–Provider Relationship

Using ArxoHealth does not establish a doctor–patient relationship with the Company.
A doctor–patient relationship is only formed between you and the independent Provider once you schedule and attend an appointment.
Providers are solely responsible for all medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments for Services are processed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
By booking, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout.
Service fees are split between ArxoHealth (platform/referral fee) and the independent Provider.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Insurance

ArxoHealth does not currently accept insurance. Services are provided on a self-pay basis unless otherwise indicated. Patients are solely responsible for any reimbursement claims from insurers.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete health and personal information.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, copy, or distribute platform materials.
Comply with all applicable laws and telehealth regulations.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and health information as described therein.

We use industry-standard safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, graphics, and text, is owned or licensed by ArxoHealth LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your needs.
Not a Substitute: ArxoHealth does not replace your existing doctor or therapist. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding medical conditions.
Provider Responsibility: We are not liable for any act, omission, or advice given by Providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ArxoHealth LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArxoHealth LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website www.ArxoHealth.com. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
