Getting started is simple and quick! Fill out our online registration form. Connect with our coordinator to arrange your first session. Participate in a video evaluation with our specialist (about 3–5 hours). Receive a detailed report and a tailored action plan within 1–2 weeks.
The evaluation usually lasts between 1-2 hours, depending on individual needs. One of our experienced psychologists will guide the process and, within 1-2 weeks, provide a comprehensive report. Afterward, you’ll have a dedicated session to review the findings and ask any questions.
Before your appointment, we’ll ask you to share any helpful materials, such as past reports, medical records, or videos. During the evaluation, the psychologist will observe your child’s play (so have favorite toys ready), communication, and overall interaction to get a full understanding of their needs.
Yes! We accept major commercial plans, including Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. For those paying out of pocket, we offer a flat rate of $1,500 with flexible payment plans available. We can also provide a superbill if you’d like to request reimbursement. We’re continuously working to expand our in-network options—check our homepage for updates.
Yes! We gladly accept HSA and FSA funds for evaluations.
Yes! Our care concierges are here to guide you through the next steps. We can help you find top ABA providers, speech therapists, or occupational therapists in your area, provide second opinions on treatment plans, and share useful resources.
Absolutely! We’re happy to help complete necessary forms. To account for the time required, we charge a flat rate of $25 per form.
